Plug n play
So, I wanted to replace a radiator but the only radiators I could find were 40mm narrower than the existing radiator. I didn't want to have to drain the system to have the pipework modified. Bought 2x 20mm extensions and new 40mm narrower radiator and these extensions were a perfect solution to bridge the gap.

problem
I wanted this item to extend below a towel radiator where an electric heating element was to be fitted. The extender has an internal hexagon key head. This reduces the internal size below the size of the heating element. So no good for this application
