I paired this necklace with my sons existing chain (DY tags) I can’t say how happy I am not only did I get on prime in 2 days I paid 8.70 for it and depending where you get I priced it up to 25 plus shipping- they had others on amazon were nice but not this cheap.The necklace it came with was decent enough the weight of the tag it self decent- it was GORGEOUS with a nice sturdy bail. I read it to him out loud & we both got teary over the sentiment because it was so beautiful- the part about forever really hit him. I don’t want my son in tears but it was beautiful moment.Ok I’m happy I got this. I was concerned that it would be too wordy -(my sons in his twenties) but you really need to get close to it to see it ( which I wanted- I didn’t want his friends bugging him that his mom gave him a “present” you know how other guys are- they joke like dummies.From a glance it looks like a dog tag that’s engraved which is perfect & upon close inspection you see what it says. But you do have to get close.He really really loved it- and it looks great on a sterling chain- because of the weight and deep engraving- this will never wear out like some of these done with a engraving gun- it’s very solid. This is a great gift I totally suggest. The picture you see is with a yurman Star of David tag it’s a mini tag- but whether your son wears a cross or a star it would look good. I am very disappointed in how tiny the print is. The only thing that can be read without a magnifying glass is "To My Son" and "Love Mom". Also, I nearly threw the item away because it came packaged inside another order. I never knew it was in there since it's so small and blended in with the packaging.

Got it for my 14 yr old son.. It looks just like the pic as you can see and the words are not that hard to read unless you a person who have trouble seeing other than that you can definitely read the words and it has a lil weight to it not alot but just a very lil I like it and would recommend it for your son 👍🏽😊

This is perfect for my 7 year oldHowever the chain is cheap and discolored to fastThe writing is easy to read if you look super close to it. If you were looking at someone who was wearing it trying to read it you would have to get super close just to see.I really love the saying that is what made me buy this for my son :)It’s cute for a child but for an adult no.Would need a better chainBut for the price for a child it’s good
