Poor quality, both handles had play in them and one handle was so stiff it wouldn’t allow the mortise to spring back, so the door latch got stuck “open” every time. Seller refused to refund postage, so bad all round, avoid!

Heavy, quality product at a great price made in the UK. Will be buying more.
