Nice flying kite even in 17 MPH winds
Prism kites are built really well with quality durable material. Very easy to setup, fly, and return to original storage sleeve. I flew this kite for the first time in 17 MPH wind. Not ideal because you will be holding on to the Emma Kites kite reel to keep the line from spinning out. The Prism Zenith 7 (7 foot wingspan) has a huge sail and with 17 MPH winds it wants to lift off. What is impressive is how the kite managed those strong winds at the strong force I was using to hold the kite at a constant height. I used 120 pound kite line. With the 20 foot Prism tube tail on the Zenith 7 and with 17 MPH the kite and/or the tube tail was whistling loudly the whole time it was aloft. It was difficult to bring it back down to the ground to sat the least. Very impressive how this kite endured a 40 minute flight with 17 MPH winds. My son has the Zenith 5 and flew at the same time and performed just as well. I usually don’t give 5 star reviews but this kite was impressive and we had a lot of fun.

Fun and different flying experience
I can't say enough good stuff about this kite. Here's my highlight reel. It is pretty easy to set up but needs a little attention to detail. Each leading edge has a bungee core mid-point break down, as does the center spar. This allows a large kite to fold down to a small size. You can leave those connections in place if you can live with a longer fold kite - the storage bag has an extension built in to allow the longer lengths of the leading edges assembled. The spreader bar is bungee cored too with a center breakdown. The only difficult part of the kite is inserting the knots at the ends of the bungees in the spreader into the rubber mounts on the leading edges. The knot is kind of difficult push into the mount but a little patience and wiggling gets it in.As for flying, this thing is a rocket. I flew first in a punchy 15 mph wind that was shifting direction. It was very exciting. I've never seen a kite fly directly overhead, but this one did. At one point it passed zenith and went upwind of me! That was interesting. I let out line and it drifted on the slack back to downwind.I would advise close supervision and assistance with children. The kite can pull very hard and if a hand gets on the line it can get cut or burned. I bought a winder and am glad I did. Very helpful for retrieving.

Easy to assemble, fun to fly, eye catching!
My son received a Zenith 5 as a gift and the kite line that came with it all white (clean) and had a metal clip on the end. That clip is both visible in the photos on Amazon and referenced on the bag that the kite comes in. It seems minor but this is one of my favorite things about it - no need to worry about knots.I was impressed with how easy it was to assemble and fly, and ordered the Zenith 7. There is no clip on the line that I received, instead there is a single loop. The kite bag still has instructions that reference the clip.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and helpful. They immediately sent some line clips to me. In the meantime I had no problem flying the kite with the knots found in the instructions. The kite is very eye catching and super fun to fly. I couldn't be happier and already ordered a couple more Prism kites!

Sure it's an expensive kite, but worth it
This kite is so cleverly made - and durable. I like how it all folds back into its traveling pack. Once familiar with assembling, it only takes a minute. Sure there's more deluxe kites out there, dual lines etc - the skies the limit. This one hits the right value. Like a gold ball, kites can be lost...don't lose this kite and it will be fun to fly for years.

Great kite!
Amazing kite. Super easy to assemble. It flies almost straight over my head. I've never seen a kite fly almost straight above me! Highly recommend.

String was frayed at about 75 ft.
In heavy winds that change suddenly this kite will nose dive quickly. The kite itself is well built and after crashing multiple times survived. The string was frayed so I couldn’t let the line out.
