This faucet is the perfect look added to my renovated bathroom. It's visual appeal and sturdiness is what made the decision to purchase for this faucet which adds to the appearance of my bathroom. It was professionally installed and works beautifully. The look made it worth what I paid.

It looks great, and love the waterfall flow effect. The worker said it was a bit difficult to install.

Overall this is a great tap. It adds such a cool touch to the tub and it works as it should. My only issue is the front gets a lot of grime and makes the water pressure decrease but this can easily be fixed with a cleaning solution.

This looks nice and functions well. In the middle of a bathroom remodel and dry fitted it to see how I felt about it. Definitely a keeper. Now... On to ripping the shower out. I'll definitely be using Sumerain products for the ceiling fixtures and wall sprayers.

The product was very easy to install. The solid material feels and looks great in batheoom. The functunality is smooth and the water flow is great!!!

I needed something that made a statement in my tub and this fit in perfectly with what I had in mind and with my faucents and showerhead. It pushes down to turn on, so I have given my feet a bath more than once while cleaning it, but it has beautiful,, even flow and won't wear out the grout in my tub. Love it!

Product looks good and seems well made. When installing on tile the cut must be EXACT because the escutcheon for the water controller is so small, maybe 0.125” tolerance.Customer support offered a larger escutcheon that appears will correct a tile cut that is 0.25” off at a cost plus shipping if prepaid to a personal paypal account, which is concerning.The minimal tolerance allowed for the escutcheon and the PayPal payment method are reasons to avoid Sumerain.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived in nice package with protection around the parts for no damage. Instructions clear with set back dimensions for mounting the water manifold. The manifold is solid brass and sturdy construction. A bit tricky getting level as the valve casting and outlet casting are different heights. You will need a large Allen wrench to install the outlet nipple as there is not one provided. Looks great and fills the tub fast.

The media could not be loaded.  Not a good product. Our plumber opened the new box and spent his time installing this faucet but the pipe it screwed into to join the valve was not a correct fit and did not create a tight seal to the valve. Had he installed it the way it was, it just would have leaked into our wall. The faucet was just flopping around loosely. When he touched it the unit just rattled back and forth. This defective set of parts cost us our plumber time to install, uninstall, go buy a new faucet and reinstall - all in this cost us an extra 3-4 hours labour and a lot of frustration. It’s been 2 days and no response from the company who provides this product - a huge shame to them! I can not recommend taking a chance on this faucet!

Très bon produit avec un corps en fonte plutôt robuste plus sécurisant en cas de mise en cloison faïencée.Petit bémol le jet d’eau a tendance à rejeter un petit peu une fois arrêté mais ça dure pas...

Looked great on the picture, but no matter how you set the water flow the water does not come out in a waterfall effect.

We purchased 2 of these for our bathroom sinks but we didn't realize how BIG they were. Get a measuring tape out and map out the dimensions before you buy this faucet so you know how big it actually is. For our space, it didn't work. It was even bigger then our bathtub faucet. The picture makes the faucet look great, and I agree, its a very cool faucet, it's just really big! The packaging was great, and the product was good quality. My return was easy so I do recommend it if you are looking for a LARGE faucet.
