Creates a lovely feeling of wellbeing. The niacin flush happens and is not unpleasant, just like a warm glowing feeling after stepping out from the shower. I’ve noticed my energy levels increase after it, skin looks much healthier younger and glowing.Don’t be afraid of the flush, it shows it’s working. Get the book Niacin The Real Story which is a really informative read so you can be confident in taking Niacin.Faster than advertised delivery on product, really pleased all round.

No flush
Unlike another reviewer wrote, I experienced no flush even when taking 600 mg on an empty stomach. That means it does not have the pharmacological activity of niacin and is thus basically useless.Should be titled "no-flush niacin" or "nicotinamide" or "niacinamide" instead.

This niacin don't give you the flush ,its not meant to,but it has same good effects on joint swelling arthritis,and mental health,it helps to take depression away,if you want the flushing niacin,read the ingredients.
