This is not really padded. Just a bit. But if your little one slips in her crib and falls on the top rails with these in place they will still hurt because its still hard. The cushion is very thin. This would be ok if you just want to prevent the little one from biting the rails. For me i wanted something to prevent her from hurting her mouth so i added some rolled up receiving blankets under this product.

The color is a perfect light gray, it holds up well in the wash, and it stays on despite my toddler’s best attempts at chewing/yanking it clear off her crib.You do need to thread one tie *through* the eye hole and the other *beneath* the eye hole if you want the cover to actually stay on (if you thread both ties through the eye hole, then the bow easily pulls back through the eye hole with very little effort...which means the cover slips off easily) , but the bow mercifully covers the slight irregularity this version of secure tying causes (and make no mistake that this “issue” is universal among all type of crib covers like this one).

I had this grand plan of making a protector for my daughter's crib before she started teething. Then she started teething but never did so on her crib so I thought we were safe. And then the molars started to come in and my daughter became a beaver! We ordered these and they arrived two days later. I immediately put them on her crib. They were very easy to install, have stopped her from gnawing anymore of her crib away and look nice. I have already recommended them to a mom friend and she order them as well.

Used it for my baby's crib. My daughter tends to bump her head on the rails out of anger of being on the crib, so this help put padding on the rails. It was easy to install on a standard crib. The only thing I wished for this item was to increase the thickness of the padding. Felt like the padding was not thick enough for my daughter.

We have had these on our crib for a while. Our son was biting the crib rails and chipping up the wood a little. I was excited to get these in. They worked great for a while but in a short time he has learned he can slide the cover on the ends to expose the wood and sometimes still chews on the rail. I wish somehow it was a little longer and had maybe buttons/snaps instead of ties. Not sure if it would still be a "one size fits all" purchase at that point but my son has also learned he can pull the strings to until it and plays with them. As far as cleaning goes it takes a little bit of time to get on and off. It's not hard to do just takes a few minutes to get on and off for cleaning. It was definitely worth the purchase but doesn't 100% do the job. I'll load a couple pictures later, it's currently nap time.Edit. Pictures loaded. It is still tied and slides that much on the ends. I'm not sure why he goes there. Maybe other babies won't and these covers will work better.

This was a great purchase. My wife and I had twins and one of them was chewing nonstop. We purchased this and our daughter doesn’t even bother with it. I only wish we saw/found this earlier!Thanks and I would highly recommend!

Hallelujah for this amazing product. About a week ago I come in my babies room as she has woken up for the day. I noticed something white on her mouth. To my surprise she had chewed the paint off the crib. Scary thought. I immediately began research solutions to this and stumbled upon this. What a great idea. It is not only functional but also cute. It gives her neutral crib bedding a girl flare. The next day u came in her roomAnd noticed the cover was wet. It worked! It is also lightly padded if you are worried about your baby chewing through it. It was very easy to put on. I’m so thankful for this product that my baby will no longer be chewing on paint for her safety and we can also have a damage free crib. Also very easy to clean just throw oh in the washer and dryer.Note: the one thing I wish was there were four instead of three because that leaves one rail uncovered for chewing. On my crib all the rails are the same height on each side so there is a possibility in the future she may be able to chew the one uncovered side.
