Very nice harness
We bought this harness for our 8 week old yellow lab puppy and used it whenever we took her out to places that allow dogs, which we did a lot to socialize her. The harness worked great. It is strong and durable appears comfortable (no issues with fit). The two attachment points and handle on the back made it easy to control our pup as she grew. When she hit 6 months of age and 55 pounds we ran out of adjustment room (there was a lot of adjustment over those 6 months of growing puppy). We liked the harness so much that we bought another, larger one for her adult years. Recommended.

Better than the competitors at half the price!
I purchased my second PoyPet harness. I had bought a pink one for a small dog a couple years ago; my second one I just purchased in purple for my medium-sized and growing 8-month old puppy. The color is a tad "grapier" purple than I had expected, but still lovely. Not too dark, not too light, a nice shade and tone of purple. The size is a bit large, but my pup should grow into it. The first one I purchased also ran large. I can get the tummy straps to fit, but the chest straps do not adjust to fit my puppy's narrow chest. Would be perfect over a doggy sweater; that's what I did with the small dog.The fact I purchased this product 2x says a lot. I am very pleased with the quality and durability of this product. As compared to my pricier Rabbitgoo harness, this PoyPet harness is literally half the price, but comes close as far as quality. This PoyPet harness stands out because ALL of the straps are reflective, which makes visibility excellent for these upcoming dark winter walks. My Rabbitgoo harness only has minor reflectivity on the chest straps. The easy hold handle on the PoyPet harness is wide and sturdy, as well as padded, whereas the Rabbitgoo harness easy hold handle is narrow with no padding. However, the stitching on my Rabbitgoo harness is superior. The D-ring on the Poy Pet harness is a little bigger than on the Rabbitgoo harness, but not quite as good a material. From my original review of this product:"My overall score is 5/5 for the quality and durability of this product. Amazing price for what you get!!!! I would most certainly recommend this harness to anyone - no need to spend more when you can get such a great product at this price!"

Great harness in many ways, but straps do not stay tight
I really like this harness. It is strong and durable. It looks sharp, and the reflective trim works great. I have zero concerns about my dog chewing through it or any of the straps or clips breaking. I would give it 5 stars, except that the straps keep loosening. It's not enough for me to worry that my dog will pull out or get away, but it is enough for him to slide his front leg out from time to time. The harness stays on, but it shifts and sometimes I don't notice right away. If my dog wanted to get out of it, he probably could. However, he is very comfortable in it, and it stays in place when we go walking -- even when he gets the zoomies. I have a pug, and they are more solid pups than other breeds that may slip out more easily. I wonder if the next size down may have been the better choice, but when the straps are tight, it fits just fine. It's not enough of a concern to return or get another harness right now, but I suspect at some point I will get tired of retightening the straps. If I had known about this issue, I probably would have tried a different brand. Fix this issue and this seriously would be the perfect harness for us!

Well made
This harness is well made, with multiple adjustment points. It's easy to put on and doesn't rub anywhere.

Great Harness!
Easy to attach. Got my huge puppy in control in one walk. ( He was a terrible puller)Tried several other harnesses they were not stable enough and they slipped from side to side. He is a very large Greyhound and this harness was adjustible enough for his deep chest.

Very effective with a strong puller!
I have a wonderful, young rescue dog who is 60 pounds of solid muscle. Due to a traumatic incident when she was a pup last year, she has some anxiety and pulls a lot on leash. I’d tried a variety of harnesses and a Martingale collar. At her trainer’s suggestion, I switched to a head collar. It helped somewhat with the pulling, but she hated it. I hated it, too, but was told this was the only safe and sure way to have control and tried to make the best of it. After about three months, her eyes were itching like crazy, and she’d roll her head on the ground at every patch of grass, trying to scratch her eyes and push the collar off her nose. She had bumps/abrasions on her snout. Moleskin didn’t help. Late one night, I took a look at my poor girl’s face and decided I’d had enough. No more head collar—ever! But that meant I needed an alternative. Prong collars are supposed to be inhumane, so I researched different harnesses…again. In the interim, I used two leashes: one attached to the Freedom harness and another attached to the Martingale. It was not ideal. Finally, I decided on this Poypet No Pull harness. The reviews were good, it had both front and back leash attachments, and looked sturdy and well-made. It seemed to be designed so that no straps would dig into her, especially in the armpits. The wide, padded fabric looked like it would not only be comfortable, but might actually made her feel secure and less anxious. It’s only been about a week, but so far, all those things appear true. When the Poypet arrived, I was busy looking for instructions, while my daughter simply went and put it on her. It was a snap. Unlike the head collar and the other harness, this one was no struggle to get on. The dog didn’t resist and she didn’t mind wearing it. That was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t realize I’d bought the harness with only two quick-release clips, and the instructions I found on the Poypet Website were for a harness with three clips. I was confused and emailed Poypet, as well as asking here on Amazon. (Many thanks to those who answered!) I was worried about pulling the harness on and off over her head, but as it turns out, it’s really easy. You have to make sure it fits snugly, per the instructions, and tighten the straps if you see it’s loose or forming big gaps between dog and harness. Snug, not tight. A snug fit makes the whole system work better. With that long leadup, now you’re asking, “Well, does it work like magic?” The answer is that there is NO equipment that will be an instant magic pill if you don’t want to hurt your dog. You have to put the time, effort, love, and know-how into training. But after less than a week using the Poypet, there’s a major improvement and I’m truly delighted with it. When she pulls, the Poypet is sturdy enough that I can stop without getting into a power struggle and without worrying that I might be injuring her by yanking her head. The Poypet spreads the pressure through the front and back, and doesn’t cause her any discomfort. (Other than that she doesn’t get to run over to eat some garbage or deer poop.)Overall, the Poypet has dramatically reduced my stress levels on walks and I think my sweet girl is less anxious and comfortable in these new parameters. BTW, I also went to a shorter leash, from 6-ft to 4-ft, with padded double handles, and that works great with the Poypet. Took her on a 75-minute walk on a levee trail today and found it so much easier. Last note is that the customer service I received from Poypet was outstanding.

Durable y resistente

Great harness
Great harness. We bought this for one of the littles but have similar harnesses for the bigger dogs and really like them. Fully adjustable and seems comfortable for the dogs.
