First time using a silicone baking mat, I am impressed.

Fits perfectly as described and very easy to wipe off.

Great product fits on great

So I bought this for the oven and toaster I put them in the oven and they were fine. I put them in the toaster and the photo shows what happen on first use. I had my phone on me and snapped a quick pic. I did notice that the center of the mat was raised a little and maybe made contact with the heating mechanism. I tried again and no fire but I did notice the mat never really sat flat to begin With. Maybe if it’s flat it’s not an issue but apparently the mat was to big for the oven. Maybe there ok if there not making direct contact. I think the fire rating should be hire though your right at the range the toaster oven can get to. Oven maybe their ok but toaster oven they may sit to close to the heating element to use them safely. If your reading this don’t use them unsupervised your first try make sure it lays completely flat if it’s too big send it back. Luckily I was in the kitchen when I noticed it. Imagine if I wasnt? UPDATE. I have since bought another and it works fine. You may need to cut it to make sure it sits flat in the toaster. They do get a little dirty but it’s not an issue. I do recommend these but make sure your watching it the first few times your using it to make sure your not inadvertently putting it to close to the heating elements. After my initial hiccup I’ve had no issues and it works way better than wax paper. I’ve bought more of these since.

Works great, good product. No cooking spray needed. I made sugar cookies on them and when they started to cool off i was able to slide them on the sheet easily. No sticking and no harmful toxins come off of these into your food. If you are going to buy silicone mats these would be the ones. Watch for the sales! And they are all the same some just have pictures on them. It is the real silpat mat.

Wow, this works better than aluminium foil or baking paper!! It is so easy to clean off (just water and soap and a gentle silicone brush) and so easy to dry and keep. Long gone are the days when I have to rush to the store just to get some aluminium foil or baking paper when I'm doing some roasting or baking and realize that I ran out of foil/baking paper. Love this product! It is expensive, but well worth it. Hope it lasts - will see the longevity of this super product!

I love my Silpat mat. This small one is perfect for the baking tray that came with my Breville Oven. I want to buy more sizes to fit my larger oven pans.
