Microswiss Plated A2 Tool Steel Wear Resistant Nozzle for Dremel Digilab 3D45 3D Printer Idea Builder 3D Printer (.4mm)

The Nozzle the 3D45 Should Have Came With
A more worthy upgrade for my 3D45, which the stock nozzle is just brass-plated pop metal. I realize that nozzles are made to be a consumable item, but on a $1,899 printer I'd vs thought that a bit more time and effort would have been put into the extruder hardware and design. This nozzle has outlasted any other that I've had with 700hrs+ of printing time and counting with ABS and Nylon filaments. Definitely worth the extra price!

Excellent!
So far, so good! Dremel recommends replacement of the nozzle after 600-800 hours of usage. I had over 1000 on mine, so I ordered a new nozzle assembly (includes the heater) from Dremel and then upgraded it with this little guy. The print quality is great so far and I hope it will last longer than the OEM brass nozzle.

Fits the Dremel 3D45 no issues.
I never used the nozzle that came with my new printer and installed this one right off the top. No issues what so ever and now I feel comfortable printing any material.

Good tolerances!
The nozzle works great for abrasive filaments. Ran some iron filled PLA and the print quality was great. Will try carbon fiber PC next!

Great replacement to the stock Dremel Digilab 3D45 Nozzle
The stock Nozzle on my 3D45 started strong but I started having clogging problems especially with PLA material. The Micro Swiss Nozzle is printing very cleanly.
