Your suspensory is made very well with the wide band and stitching. However, I have run into two problems:1: I have a waist of close to 40" for my pants, etc. For this reason I ordered an XL per the Amazon fitting info thinking it would.be a snug fit. But your picture shows the unit being worn much lower than a normal man's "waist." It's about 2" too large [unstretched] for my waist. Accordingly it is much too large for me to wear. If I had it to do over again I'd have ordered an X size.2: It would be a benefit for me if the G-string were made of a material such as a plastic so any unplanned fecal material can be easy wiped off.MConover

Too large and didn't fit good.

Great product but had to alter length of string slightly to suit but good support for what I need and very comfortable.

Fit too large, pouch much too large, not as expected
