So I’ve read the reviews and have to say as a lover of olives this is an incredible product. Someone mentioned color being off, you have to understand the amount of sunlight some may receive more than others as it’s growing on a tree. Some will be darker, lighter, bright green, olive green etc. this is normal. Flavor is nutty and crisp with a fantastic buttery finish. Came packaged beautifully, no damage etc. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!

These olives have a savory palate in your mouth. I like a larger olive, but these are good.

These are so delicious. I have a recipe for roasting whole olives with rosemary, orange, red chili pepper, and garlic, and I purchased these olives to try out the recipe. It is impossible to find good quality olives at my local groceries. I made the recipe and brought it to a family gathering, and my nephew who loves olives commented several times on how awesome they were. I'll be purchasing them again and plan to always have a jar on hand. I love olives too, especially with a nice glass of wine after work, and these olives are a real treat.

Unfortunately we were disappointed in the quality. Maybe they had just been at an Amazon warehouse too long since being shipped from Italy. They were mushy and the taste was lacking compared to the last Castelvetrano olives I tried but those had pitts. These were pitted. Not sure if that contributed to the quality or not or if it even matters.

These olives are large like pecans and very tasty but a disappointingly small quantity . Cost nearly a $1.00 each for this reason alone I cannot recommend, but don't let that stop you if you don't mind the high price they are good.

These were good, but a little pricey for what you get.
