Great product

Wow, can't say enough about this stuff. I love it. Several months ago my wife had me try "bulleteproof" coffee made with butter and coconut oil and I didn't really care for it. She has become very concerned about our family's health as it relates to nutrition. I didn't feel any benefit at the time and it seemed way to complicated first thing in the morning. I hate mornings. Fast forward to this summer and I saw a tweet from someone who I have a ton of respect for. He is in an industry that requires a sharp, focused mind to avoid catastrophe on a daily basis. His tweet was a photo of him preparing for his day with organic coffee beans, ghee and a bottle labeled Brain Octane. I googled it and found Dave Asprey. After a bit of research on Dave's site, I sort of understood the difference between coconut oil and Brain Octane and decided to give it a try. Making sure to use a high quality coffee, Kerrygold butter and Brain Octane, I tested it for a few weeks and was amazed with the results. I felt clear early in the morning, even on a few hours sleep, I wasn't hungry, but the best was I never felt jittery or experienced a crash later in the day. This has made me look hard at the other products they offer, and start listening to their podcasts. Great stuff and lots of educational info that can really improve your life. I would highly recommend just trying a smaller bottle (16 oz?, it seems expensive at first and hard to justify if you are unsure of the results) and making sure you use either Bulletproof coffee, or another high quality organic coffee (Deathwish also works great), grind just before brewing and use Kerrygold or ghee. I also love adding high quality collagen to the mix. Give it a few weeks, then try four or five days with plain coffee. I will not start my day without it.

I am very pleased with the Bullet Proof MCT oil. I use 1Tbsp per day in my coffee. It is odorless, blends in well if you have a hand held blender, and gives me tons of energy. It helps me get into ketosis very quickly. I trust this brand.

I just started using the product so it’s gonna take a little time to see the effects of energy and all the good things that I read the review will show up I did start taking a smaller dose and I am working my way up to a tablespoon and I don’t have a stomach ache and I eat something and I drink coffee before I take it so I am looking forward to the benefits of this product because all the benefits sound wonderful packaging came very well packaged and I was excited to receive my product. Thank you!!!

I have gone through 3 sixteen ounce bottles and have not really noticed feeling any differently as far as am mental clarity. I do eat paleo and I have primarily used it to make bulletproof coffee each am. What I have really noticed is that I really like and have come to crave the taste right out of the bottle as a small sip. Strange I know but a good tasting snack.Although I do not feel a great mental clarity as claimed, it really does get me to lunch without any cravings and I can fast from dinner to lunch with one cup of it mixed with butter in a coffee each am.
