The sapphires design stems out of wealth and prestige. Sasa Demarle embodies this elegance in the Sapphires Flexipan. Featured above is considered a half pan, measuring 13" x 18" making 12 Indents. Each indent is 2.75" x 2.75" with a 2.54 oz. capacity, making generous sized desserts. Made out of fiberglass and food grade silicone this mold is durable and versatile. It has a temperature tolerance between -40 °F to 536 °F it is great for the oven, microwave and freezer. Flexipans work exceptionally well in ventilated and deck electric ovens, although temperatures and baking times will vary based on the oven used. The Sapphires mold has a wide temperature range allowing the pan to be used for a variety of desserts. Sasa Demarle's Sapphires Flexipan conforms to European, French and United State silicone regulations. This is an excellent baking mold that will work well in residential and commercial bakeries.
