Yeah I think they would. They stretch a bit but should be enough to fit around wine corks.

If you're talking about an old fashioned clothes pin (the kind without a hinge), the hats would be just a little big.

Q: Will these hats fit on a medicine bottle?

What size medicine bottle? It depends no size of course. Hubby is on two different prescriptions and one is HUGE bottles and the other very narrow. The small size would fit a classic antacid calcium 500mg flat tablet diamater wise perfectly. He used to have them come in a slightly larger that fir the bit larger 1000mg flat calcium antacid tablet perfectly inside so I could stack up to like 10-12 and tuck in the glove box of car for those moments when one is needed. Both those sizes these wee hats would fit. BUT not the big medicine bottle or prescription bottle. And I have ones in between over the years saved to hold sewing needles and other this and that's and some would fit the little hats some would not. So you need to provide more info. Also is your medicine bottle even a prescription bottle? Could be you are talking about cough syrup or who knows. I don't. But hope my description of ant-acid flat calcium based tablets gives you an idea. Also not those who posted photos of their little snowman balls that wear the hats. You can also glue them or pin them on some items that maybe just are better off not stretching over. They are a bit too large for example to put on end of normal pencil but you could glue them perhaps in place or add a stick pin into the eraser of eraser is secure kind. And they make those add on erasers which might just be big enough or still maybe a little small for the wee hats to tuck onto them and keep them on. Anyway enough hints towards size for visuals to give you some idea of what you are thinking for what ever size bottle you are thinking and style of bottle you are thinking about. I hope anyway.
