Pirate Tooth Fairy Gift Set ~ 8 Envelopes & 4 Certificates

It happened while taking a bite from his evening-apple snack. His wobbly tooth snapped.. Drama, consternation and panic followed in sequence. The little man at first got very upset as apparently it was a very painful experience and it left him in shock that he lost ‘part of his body’. Then the panic set in as the tooth was ‘lost’ - did he swallow it while crying? spit it out? Or was it still in the apple? My wife couldn’t bear the idea that the ‘keepsake’ of this momentous event in our young son’s life was potentially lost. For himself this only added to the disaster as he had already heard that one could monetise teeth for coin with the tooth-fairy, and now that opportunity seemed to pass on him as well. Eventually we found his missing enamel chopper under the couch - who knows how it got there.We still had a nice, albeit pink and fairy themed little envelope and some pixie dust from his older sister’s teething days to deliver the tooth to the fairy at night. However in his excitement he ripped that open upon waking up, feeling very wealthy which further eased the trauma from the evening before. The implication was that we had to get some new tooth fairy envelopes. So my wife ordered this new set of more masculine ‘pirate’ tooth fairy envelopes for the likely future transactions.The tiny envelopes are fine, of good quality. And these come with an pirate- themed post card sized ‘certificate‘ as well. So we ae again well stocked. For further tooth loss. Yet I keep wondering: what actually is a pirate tooth fairy!? It might confuse our boy. And why would pirates, not-commonly known for their tooth care, collect lose teeth from young boys. Quite a curious concept..
