Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day using Royal Mail 2nd class. Dispatch times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Transit times don't include major holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider. For example, transit times for Royal Mail services include Monday to Saturday. Returns If in the unlikely event you aren't completely satisfied with your book, you may return it within 14 days. We will only accept returns on items if they have not been used and are in their original packaging and in an "As New" condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent using a trackable means, i.e. Royal Mail Recorded or Courier. If you return your item by an untraceable means and it gets lost, we will not refund you. You would need to claim for your loss with Royal Mail or the Courier.. We cannot accept returns of unwanted and non faulty items.
