LED ME® Stainless Steel Wedge Under Cabinet LED Cupboard/Cabinet Light/Downlight in a Brushed Chrome Finish (Cool White 6000-6500K)

I ordered nine under cabinet lights on Amazon on 11/7/2017. They duly arrived and they were fitted correctly. To my dismay, within a few days, three of them broke and do not work. I contacted LEDME four times to explain the situation and they have never replied. During a phone call I made to them, I was promised the matter would be dealt with that day.......it is over two weeks since that conversation and I still haven't heard from them. I am appalled and disgusted by their lack of customer care. We have now had to resort to contacting Amazon to report this and they have very kindly provided a pre-paid mailing label for us to return the other six lights to them. I will NEVER order any product from LEDME again !!

Earlier this year I decided to replace the six kitchen cupboard G4 lights with LED to avoid the all too frequent replacement of the G4 bulbs. Since February I have ordered and paid for seven LED ME Stainless Steel Round Under Cupboard LED lights to meet my initial requirement for six and one spare. In addition I have also received four replacements supplied by JSG following the failure of individual lights. Out of this total of eleven only six are now working and I suspect that others will fail in the near future. I will then have to search the marketplace yet again for cupboard lights that will last longer than just a few months. In one specification I read it was alleged that the life was 10,000 hours - at abut 10 hours per day that suggests that they should last for almost three years. Buyer beware.

I bought 7 of these lights and had them fitted in my kitchen. Initially they worked well and I was very pleased. However after just a few hours of operation 2 failed. I contacted the seller and reported the problem. After several e-mails they asked me to return the failed lights and they will refund the cost. The problem I have is I've no confidence in the remaining lights. I bought LED's in the hope they would last for a long time but I'm left hoping for the best. The supplier has been of little help so avoid them at all cost.

This product did not work... I am a qualified electrician and installed this one under one of my cupboards as a replacement for one original one. Wired in correctly ...checked with test pen for feed to light and power was present going to LED light but no light..? Just moved into my new place so not sure what the supply voltage to these list has are.... 12v or 240

Purchased 2 for a fireplace, and If you are an experienced DIY’er they are easy to install and produce a well lit area. They come fitted with a short length of 2 core cable ready to install. They also have a metal surround and it recommends an Earth connection. There is no earth connection, unless you connect something to a fastening screw.... They came well packaged “but” I always despair whenever I see “Delivered by Royal Mail” ... I have never once had a delivery by the date it states and very often 2-3 days after the date stated. May sound trivial I know and it could well just be my area, but very frustrating when you’re waiting to complete a job.... Amazon next day is always better!

I am happy with my purchase because I need to replace with the same one. It is not so hard to install, the colour of the light is same-warm lightI hope to keep them for long term because the price is not so cheap

I bought 4 of these and the first one went after 3+ years of regular use. I've had brand name LEDs (Phillips) expire sooner so no complaints here. I'm guessing from other reviews that the quality control may be substandard - but from my experience, the build quality is good and they've been reliable. Nice stainless steel case in a pretty sturdy guage and decent lighting from the bulbs. I'll reorder them again.

I bought 5 of these lights 7 months ago and was delighted with them. Unfortunately a few days ago one of them stopped working. I reported this to the seller who replied immediately and sent me a replacement insert which I have now fitted and works perfectly. Electrical items can always get faults and I understand that. The important thing is how it gets sorted out. This matter was resolved without quibble and very quickly too. I shall certainly be using this seller again. Jeremy, Worthing.
