I love Ricardo in general, and am pleased with this bag! My last Ricardo luggage lasted 10 years. This is very stylish, and I appreciate the style and lightweight material. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the carryon is slightly small - things fit slightly tighter than my previous set. Maybe it’s the way I pack, but it also gets a little front heavy when fully packed. I also bought the 25’ and the underseat bag, and it’s a cute matching set.

Light and easy to maneuverFront pockets are nice

Never received the suitcase. Received credit immediately. Bought suitcase from department store. The suitcase maneuvers easily, light weight and really sturdy. The one star was because I never received it & I did not cancel the order. I really wanted the blue case, but the suitcase itself is very nice.

I bought the set pictured and I’m extremely satisfied with the luggage. When I got it in the mail I thought a piece or two were missing it was so lightweight. I thought the wheels were going to be a problem since I don’t usually trust wheels with this design but I was so wrong about this set. The wheels are super smooth and they hold up well. I also like how the smaller pieces stack on the larger ones on the back (watch the YouTube videos to see what I mean), this lets you keep an open hand and still be able to move around with the luggage. I just got back from my first trip with the luggage and it held up pretty well. A couple scratches on the plastic around the wheels and that’s it. Really wasn’t worried about the damage since it comes with a 1 year hassle free warranty from the manufacturer. Highly recommend this luggage to anyone that wants to travel in style and I will update my review after my next trip.
