I originally bought this mat to help with inflammation and a persistent hamstring injury. The hamstring injury was not only painful but it also made it hard to walk for long periods of time let a lone workout. So I thought I’d give the mat a try. I started to workout and the next day my hamstring had “fired” off. I laid down on the mat and I could feel the pain elevate within a matter of minutes. I was uncertain if the relief would only be temporary but gratefully it held. I was ecstatic! I continued to workout and the minute I got home I would go and lay on the mat. My hamstring has been getting stronger and stronger and I am just thrilled. The mat is really well made. It’s extremely sturdy and the care and craftsmanship is very evidentLet me also speak to the customer service aspect of this product. After about 7 months the product had stopped heating up. Initially, I was a bit dismayed, thinking that getting the process of getting this issue handled was going to be a frustrating endeavor. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I contacted their customer service department on a Saturday morning. I had to leave a message and I though “Oh boy, here we go.” Again, I was wrong. I was contacted within the hour. They asked about my issue, which turned out to be a faulty controller & my order number and promptly offered to replace my unit. That was it! I received a brand new mat on Monday. Yes, Monday! They expedited the shipping, provided me with the tracking number and communicated with me throughout, to make sure I received the new mat and that was in good working order.When I make to make the decision to buy a product that is a bit pricey, one of my main considerations is the customer service i.e. what happens if something goes wrong? It is not unusual, for things to malfunction. However what is becoming more and more unusual, is good customer service. Well, rest assured that they stand by their product. They go above and beyond to make the situation right and ensure that you are a happy customer. I am extremely impressed with the way they handled my issue and wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from them.

I have been using this mat for over a year. I use it about an hour a day, approximately 5 days a week. I bought this mat because I was having trouble with my knees. They were bothering me and I thought I can try this mat or think about having knee surgery. Not only has it helped my knees tremendously, it seems to improve my overall sleep, gives me an hour of relaxing me time, and improves my mood. I just recently had an issue with the control system of my mat. I contacted the company. They immediately sent me another controller. That did not resolve the problem so they promptly sent a replacement mat. Excellent customer service!! I would highly recommend this product!

I purchased this for my acupuncture practice and quickly became very attached to it both for personal use and because my clients loved it as well. I like to give myself 20 minutes or so on it during a break, and I get such an amazing sense of well-being that I can’t put into words. My clients describe it the same way, and report a significant reduction if not alleviation of pain symptoms after a session. Needless to say I was panicked when a power surge burned out the mat! I emailed the company and was sent instructions about what to try along with the assurance that I would receive a new one if I couldn’t resolve the problem. I had the replacement part in less than a week and was up and running once again, no problem. Their customer service is top notch! My only advice: buy a surge protector!!!

I was skeptical about this product but so desperate for a solution to my insomnia that I was willing to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did. I slept 8.5 hours the first night I used it. I could not remember when I last slept that well. I mean, it’s been years. I was sore the next day, but that’s my fault- the instructions say to only use it for brief periods of time at first.It is stiff and hard, but after a couple of tries I’ve found the right configuration of pillows to prop it and my body on and I sleep on it all night every night.I have fibromyalgia and interstitial cystitis. Before I started using this mat, I would wake up around 2 a.m. every night to pee and might not get back to sleep for hours, if at all. Now, I normally can sleep longer before my bladder wakes me and fall back asleep much more quickly. Also, my bladder has stopped hurting at night. So wonderful.The heat and timer features are great. The multiple timer settings are convenient and I love getting into a warm bed now that’s it’s getting colder here in Michigan. (I try to remember to turn it on just before I start brushing my teeth, etc. to get ready for bed.) I can now use fewer blankets, too, which I love. I do not like the weight of multiple layers of blankets, which makes me feel restricted in my movement.In addition to sleeping far better than I have in years, which is helping my mood, focus, and energy, I am in less pain overall since I’ve been using this. I recommend this mat to anyone living with chronic pain.I look forward to using this every evening. I can even take naps now- I rarely could before due to restless leg syndrome.In short, this mat has had many positive effects in the short time I’ve been using it. My only regret is not having known about this great product sooner.

This is one of the best heating items I have ever ever bought. Keep in mind I have never bought a head pad with crystals in it, but I come from a place of electric blankets and microwave pads. This is nice and firm. I have it in the covers it came with. The instructions are important to read because there is a safety feature and I thought I almost broke it from falling asleep with it all night. Wish I could afford to buy one of these for every person in my family.
