Wow - this is fast becoming my favorite "go to" pan for almost anything. I have used it for several different types of meat, and I have to say, it works wonderfully. Meat browns beautifully, the high edges mean you don't get run off over the sides, and the griddling lines make it super easy to get a grip on meat to turn it. Once you are done cooking the meat, the pour off areas on the sides make it a breeze to dump any remaining grease.Clean up could be a little easier (especially if you are browning/searing meat) but if you soak it for a few minutes in a pan of soapy water, most of the particles wipe right off and the rest come off with a slight bit of scrubbing.I do have a bit of a problem in that it is on the heavy side, so (for me) it takes 2 hands to get it moved. The only real "drawback" I can find with this pan is that handle. Much as I love the fact that it's wood (thereby stays cool to the touch), that "flip" feature is dangerous! There is no way to "lock" it into place. I have accidentally flipped it up and into the pan during cooking (caught it picking up a spatula), and when cleaning the pan, it flips back and forth way too easily. If the manufacturer could figure a way to install some sort of lock feature on it, it would be a 5 star pan all day long.

I really like this pan - it cleans well & is lightweight. My only complaint is the handle. I like that it folds for storage but I would prefer if it could be locked as I have inadvertently pinched my fingers when it folded up on me when I did not expect it to when cleaning the pan or getting it out/putting it away. I try to be extra cautious when cooking to remember the handle could fold….

Gifted it to someone who wanted an outdoor grill but wasn't sure if they'd use it as much as it cost. They loved this version. The only flaw with this product is it should come with a cover because grilling on a stove (especially a glass top one) can get pretty messy. Hopefully they consider this. Other than that, the details in other reviews are acurate.

Needed a new grill pan and this one works just fine. Handle folds in which makes it feel a little flimsy but so far it’s held up. Time will tell how well the handle holds up.

Has great heat distribution and leaves great griddle lines on your food. Steaks and fish cook to perfection.I have had a similar pan for years, then bought a poor second one. Binned the last one, this new pan is as good as my 20 year old one. This time though the folding handle clips firmly into place. Luxury!

Lo diferente con respecto a otros parecidos es que el asa se puede abatir para que sea más fácil guardarlo. Buen recubrimiento antiadherente, hay que seguir las recomendaciones incluidas en el instructivo para que dure más.

a mi me gusta xq no necesita aceite. hace pareja la carn. solo es pequeño.
