Excellent quality
If you prefer Chinese soy sauce over Japanese or Hawaiian, like me, then this is the soy sauce for you. I used to prefer Kikkoman, but over the years I began to favor the Kimlan packets you get at Chinese places. I felt like a jerk, taking extra packets to use at home, so I bought this bottle and now I don't have to be a trash panda. The depth of flavor is excellent. Would buy again.

Just like take out
You know those little foil packages of Kimlan you get at the take out places but could never find in bulk? This is it. Love it. It’s wonderful and has just the right flavor profile.

Very Good Soy Sauce - a little pricey
Kimlan Aged Soy Sauce is a very good cooking sauce. I like the flavor, but the price is a definite deterrent. There are better Soy Sauces in this high-end price range.

Kimlan is the best
I found Kimlan soy sauce in the Jungle Jim’s store, in the Taiwanese section. The flavor is deep and incredible. I don’t buy any other soy sauce now.
