MOOERMicro Power Effects Power Supply for Mini Rigs

Bought for fly out shows. This thing is super rad. And so small. Even if it not 100% isolating is still way quieter that a one spot.

Awesome, compact solution for micro pedals or other pedals that only need a 9v solution. Replaced my heavier power supply brick, now my pedal board is super light.

Initially got this to power my mini pedal board and it powers 4 small pedals just fine (overdrive, tremolo, delay, and reverb). Love how compact it is and it fits nicely under a PedalTrain Nano.Only thing is that the pedals get a bit noisy if they’re all on at the same time. Also tried to power a looper at the end of my chain with it and it introduced a ton of scratchy noise into the loops. That is now on a separate supply. I’d say only use this micro supply for pedals that have a simple circuit and/or don’t have a big power draw (100ma or less).Still very happy with this unit though!

As with all Mooer products that I've tested, this too has beautiful presentation in packaging & in the product itself. Has everything you need out of the box to get your board setup with up with power to eight pedals. Each output is an independent circuit. Therefore, if one output goes down the others continue to operate. I only have 2 small pedals currently, but would like to try & see how small of a board that I can build using this power supply. I'm currently redesigning my studio area. My goal is to downsize & see how much of a smaller equipment footprint I can achieve without losing functionality. This power supply is opening me up to the use of smaller pedals that I may not have originally considered. The possibilities are very exciting!

The Mooer power supply is every bit as good as a full sized one. The supply I've been using was strapped to the underside of my pedal board with zip locks and I will soon be cutting those loose and rearranging my board for the Mooer. It's advertised for mini rigs, but with eight 300mA outputs, you can use it for any sized rig. That's also enough current to power virtually any pedal. If you have one of those rare center positive pedals, a cable attachment is included to reverse the polarity. This has the same footprint as your typical mini pedal. Placing it atop your pedal board with cables connected will consume about the same amount of space as one full sized pedal. The LEDs are bright, it's totally noise free, and it's a welcome addition to my board. I'm a big fan of Mooer pedals and the Micro PS is another fine addition to their line.

This is on my mini pedalboard to conserve space with my small bass rig. It's isolated and a bit less than other name-brand isolated PSUs (Voodoo Labs, MXR, Gator, EHX, etc.). Has 8 ports and 9v, so would work on a bigger board.

I like it. Built tough, attractive. Wish it came with a Mooer sticker.
