Holy moly! Talk about adhering. So we had a bright idea of using this to hold the girls up to go braless in cute summer attire . Omg!! Yes it works! BUT you will scream getting it off! Seriously. Don't put this in delicate areas!! It was painful to remove but heck yes it adheres better than anything and a small strip pulling up the girls works amazing!! Lol. Not it's intended use but works a whole lot better than the intended tapes do. If you use it, I would suggest a medical adhesive remover be nearby! I'm not joking.

It’s Spring! And ithat means low cut & strapless tops :) now me, I’m a bigger girl (size 22 pants) and I wear a 42DD bra size. I have no trouble finding bras, but I never felt confident enough to wear off the shoulder tops and things like that because I hate the way bra straps show. But this!!! Ladies, if you want something that’ll hold those bad boys up without a worry, this is the tape for you. It’s literally everything I imagined and more lol it’s not bulky (like actual tape) and it’s actually comfortable. You’ll probably forget it’s there. The support is great and it doesn’t even hurt when it comes off (I, of course, put toilet paper or something over my nipple before putting it there). Fear not, my fellow big boobied women. Buy this. Lol

I was using Tegaderm previously to hold down Freestyle Libre sensors. Worked very well as well, but this tape is working just as well, and it comes in a variety of colors at a cost very much less.After cutting of your desired length and removal of the backing tape it stretches to take shape around the sensor ensuring a secure hold on my arm without pressing it into my arm. Tape is holding securely on skin and it's not leaving any tape residue. If using to hold down a sensor, use some alcohol wipes to clean your skin to ensure a firm hold over a longer time.I am sure it works well for the athletics purpose as well, just not using it in that fashion myself.

I love this tape ! Because I have EHLERS DANLOS SYNDROME, and, I cannot use a conventional brace,so I use this tape. It doesn't shift, is flexible, doesn't sweat off during a workout, or a swim. I have sensitive skin, this did not irritate my skin,like other tape ,or pull off my skin during removal. I wish you made some large 'patches' for my back,I also have degenerative disc ( L 1 to S 5) disease, and FIBROMYALGIA. I do color therapy, so keep the colors coming !

I purchased this tape for a tennis elbow injury and have really liked its staying power and longevity. Its adhesive quality is excellent as well, and the gridlines on the back of the tape make for easy even cutting. I purchased this at the same time as another brand of kinesiology tape and was able to observe how the other tape frayed more frequently and did not have the staying power the FOU tape has. The dark green tape was cheaper than the other brand as well. I'll definitely be picking up more of this type in the future.

I was assuming this was for an athlete so did not think they would come off on a simple 5 mile walk. A few straps started peeling off on my walk -it was warm but I was not overly sweating. This did not happen all the time so I will give 3 stars. I don't know if they would hold up at all if I were really working up a good sweat.

This tape has been a lifesaver. I started using it in my second trimester for some lower back / pubic pain. And it immediately provides some relief. Now, I am closer to the end of my pregnancy and I only go without it long enough to change it out every week or so. Otherwise it holds up through showering every day, swimming, etc. The only thing I will say is that I have pretty sensitive skin, so in order to get it off without hurting myself, I rub some coconut oil on the tape in the shower to get the adhesive off smoothly. Totally recommend in lieu or in addition to any kind of pregnancy support belt.

They did not stick at all I didn’t even make it 10 minutes through my martial arts class without my tape coming off my ankles!
