The ingredients are: WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil, sunflower oil), whole MILK powder, glucose syrup, barn EGGS, WHEAT starch, corn starch, BUTTER, EGGS yolk powder, WHEY powder (MILK), concentrated lemon juice in the cream 1%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, maltodextrins, salt, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, flavourings. May contain PEANUTS, NUTS, SOY.

How many cookies are in a package?

There are 3 containers inside the packaging for the cookies. I believe there are 4 cookies in each. I may be wrong and there are 3 but pretty sure there are a dozen cookies in box. These are delicious cookies which disappear so fast hard to remember!

Have not bought in a while but every time I do I send them to someone. They never last long because they are delicious. No idea on expiration date.
