Keezel KZL-LL Keezel 1.0 -Old Version, Black

So I was an early Backer of this product of two plus years. I waited and waited and waited and finally one day the product arrived. The product unfortunately did not operate correctly and had glitches everywhere. I then reached out to the wonderful team and they did respond and offer for me to mail the product back after they troubleshoot online with me. I ended up mailing them the product and they repaired the product and mailed it back. The product still was glitchy. I then reached back out to the wonderful team and they offered to send me a whole new device upon return of my old device. I complied with their request. I then received the new device today and have fully tested it and it works. The product connects after following a 3 simple step procedure. I would give it 5 stars except for all the unfortunate mishaps along the way. I opted for 4 stars instead because they have communicated very professionally along the way and it seems like they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Keezel Team!
