8/11/2017 UPDATE: I wore this product twice and both times my ear lobes broke out in an itchy, bumpy rash which oozed as it slowly healed. What's worse, apparently, whatever is on or came off the product is INSIDE my pierced ear holes. Now I get a rash no matter what type of earrings I wear, including real silver and gold. This is dismaying and extremely disturbing. I will have to see a Dermatologist to determine if this poisoning can be undone. These earrings are beautiful on the outside but toxic on the inside. To sum up my review: caveat emptor!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Product: 925 Sterling Silver CZ Heart French Hook Dangle Earrings Vitrail Light Adorned with Swarovski Crystals: These earrings are exquisitely BEAUTIFUL! Although the photos accurately represent what I received, their elegant beauty nonetheless exceeded my expectations. The dangle length is just right; they are lightweight, and sparkle with every movement.The item arrived just under 2 weeks from the day it was ordered, which is a fantastic delivery-turnaround time from China. Very impressive protective packaging: each earring in its own sealed, plastic bag; both bags contained inside a small box of cotton padding; then, everything secured and sealed in two layers of bubble wrap. A small polishing cloth and a pink, velour-like, drawstring bag were also included.UPDATE 8/11/2017: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

These are the earrings that I received as a gift. They are absolutely beautiful & I get so many compliments on them!! Unfortunately, after only wearing them a few times one of the blue hearts broke & I was not able to find it. I have no idea where it fell off. I was really bummed because they were brand new & I really liked them. Unfortunately, they are not made to last for any amount of time.

Well, the earrings themselves seem nice enough, they are quite pretty and maybe a bit too special for most women's every day wear - large, flashy, sparkly, and they dangle very low, so maybe a little too low, too much dangle and swing too far from the earlobe so they seem to be hanging in space or something. These are not inherently bad qualities - I love some big dangly sparkle! Great for prom or going to the opera or a party! Or just someone with a free spirit personality. But in this case I might be looking for something more restrained for such a sparkly crystal. The other thing is that I should have trusted the other reviewers when they said the earrings reflect yellow. Unless you are looking at them from a very side angle that you can hardly see them by, they look straight-up yellow. Again, not inherently awful, but I am looking for something with more pink and blue involved so I may try again. Maybe it is something about the heart-shaped cut and the painted-on backing, because I have seen a lot of heart-shaped crystal earrings that have been reviewed as being too yellow.

The color is slightly different than what the pictures advertise, but they are absolutely beautiful regardless and I love these! They did not cause any irritation to my ears, and they match beautifully with the necklace that I bought as well. Completely recommend! Would make a wonderful gift for the special woman in your life!

They are beautiful and match a necklace I purchased. Having said that I thought the upper part that hooks into the ears where a little cheap looking and could have been better for the price. I still would buy again as I don't think people will notice it because the heart is so pretty. The heart has a clear blue quality vs cheap glass. Would recommend it to friends.

The Seller mad a tremendous effort to help me fill my Christmas List after the Item was delayed. I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the Seller's effort to correct an inconvenience. I would definitly buy the product again and am grateful for their efforts on my behalf.

Actual items were much bigger than it appeared in pics on website - and they look like cheap costume jewelry. By the time I gave them to my wife for a gift, it was too late to return them. :-(

I love the sparkle of the crystals. The little stone chips in the silver are a nice detail. This goes well with the LadyCoulour Heart necklace I purchased for Mother's Day. It is a nice deep blue that goes well with my other jewelry. I just love blue! The length and color show up nicely with long hair too.
