This is stunning. I purchased an “open box” and got an amazing discount. It is just as described except more beautiful. It has a nice shiny finish to it. I purchased In White. It is a nice size mirror for a half bath. Would also be gorgeous in a hall way, living room or any other part of the house. Highly recommend if you like this style. This is a beautiful mirror-- large, heavy, very good quality, and packaged very well to avoid breakage-- but the frame color is a lot more reddish-gold than any of the photos show. Be forewarned that this is not a muted gold, or a silvery gold, or an antique gold. I'll probably touch it up with some Rub n' Buff in a more subdued gold color...

This mirror is lovely, beautiful detailing around the frame. I ordered the white, 23x36, and was surprised by how incredibly heavy this mirror is. From the images online, I really expected it to be a flimsy item with a light wood frame. Perhaps I didn't read the description carefully enough, but this is a very substantial, sturdy, and heavy item. I believe once on the wall, it will look like an expensive purchase and give beauty to anywhere it is placed. I had to return mine because I couldn't manage the weight of it very easily and knew it would be a problem to install and would continue to be a problem for a small person like me to move and carry in the future.

I used this mirror in a guest bathroom with a "French" theme and it looks great. I dinged it one star because hanging it is a little painful. It has mounts for hanging from screws on both sides... meaning you need to make sure the mounting screws in the wall are exactly level and in the exact right location so the mirror ends up exactly where you want it (i.e. centered above a sink). The mounting process is made more difficult by the fact that the four scrolled areas on the frame are a little off... not exactly top/bottom and left/right. I had to relocate the mounting screws a few times to make it look straight and centered over a sink.

Took this out of the box and thought it looked weird, with a chalk-like finish around all of the frame's details. Took another look at the pictures on the website and other customer's pictures-- it's not even close! It's a gift and I don't have time to get another one. So, I'll show it to the recipient and, if she likes the style, I may order another one. Either way, this is definitely going back!! So disappointing. (Note: This was the second one I ordered. The first one was never shipped!)

I was impressed by the packaging and the mirror. It came to me in great condition and packaged very well. I was originally concerned how a mirror would do with heavy shipping traffic this year. frankly i was surprised at the weight and quality of the mirror and frame. Really nice. I was replacing a light weight wooden framed mirror so had to make sure this was fastened with strong adhesion to insure stability.

A PERFECT mirror in high gloss white to match our porcelain white pedestal sink. We're redoing our master bath and taking out a huge 3.5 X 4.5 ft mirror and considering getting TWO more of this Howard Elliot Queen Ann Oval mirrors! Love the clean look.
