10/10 recommended. Completely got rid of my lactose intolerance symptoms just by having 1 or 2 tablets before dairy intake.

I've been using for a few months now and I couldn't be happier with the results. Just ensure that you have taken the tablet 15 minutes prior to lactose consumption. Once you start using, you'll get a hang of the number of tablets you require for a specific meal. For example, I need 2 tablets for a regular sized Dominos cheese pizza (one 15 minutes before having any slices, and then one after two slices). No complaints of diarrhoea, stomach cramps, nausea or the uneasiness that follows after lactose consumption. I've tried ice creams (which I couldn't have otherwise), Milkshakes, curd etc. with this tablet. Works like magic! Also, it's cost efficient as Lactose Free milk is not easily available in a tier 2/3 city, and Amazon charges high delivery charges. I just carry these tablets in a small airtight box in my bag, and I'm good to go. Definitely going to buy again.

Doesn't work that much for me like other options(Mactase, Lactaid Chewable).

I have used it around 5-10 times now and it seems to be working well with dairy products like ice cream and other milk desserts.

I think it's a waste of money. It is difficult to ascertain if it's giving any relief.

This is a fantastic product. I haven't been able to consume any dairy products for the last several years. However, now, I am able to drink milk, eat cheese, etc with no issues.Previously, even the slightest bit of lactose in anything would make me extremely unwell - gastric issues, bloating, vomiting, acidity, cramps, headaches, etc. Now, one tablet, and I can handle about 200/250 mg of milk without problems.

I used to take Yamoo regularly, needing at least two tablets with each glass of milk, which cost about ₹35 and wasn't as effective. Now, I've switched to this product, as it’s more affordable and has a higher enzyme potency. I recommend it to anyone who is lactose intolerant.
