Exceptional quality in dryness, flatness and squarness! These boards make my plaques look beautifull !

I expected to pay for my laziness in quality, but the couple little planks were perfectly nice grain, extremely flat, and overall awesome. Any wood you buy that you don't hold in your hand is a dice roll, but my order at least was fine.

Boards are in good condition and useable "out of the box". Flat faces are well finished. I purchased 3 pairs of boards and will be using them for cutting boards. Good for starting hobbyists like me who don't have a jointer, planer or drum sander yet. I'll be able to cut these boards on my table saw, glue them together and recut them for end-grain cutting board material.

I placed two back to back orders with the seller for different sized walnut boards to build a pegboard with moveable shelves. When there was an issue with the order, I contacted Dirk. He responded quickly and was ready to replace the items, but fortunately, due to him contacting the middle man (Amazon won't let me talk about the issue since it wasn't an issue with the seller or product), the order arrived in perfect condition. The boards were beautiful without blemishes, knots, cracks, etc. I would definitely buy again.

The pieces I received were slightly over dimension (a good thing) and had a good sanded finish. The wood was free of knots, voids, or cracks, and had gorgeous walnut figuring. 2 coats of tung oil made it look amazing.

overall quality of the walnut was good but sloppy cross-cut. The ends were not square so I had to cut some of the ends off to make them square.

My husband loved working with this walnut. It’s not a large piece of wood , but great for small projects. Arrived quick and nicely packaged.

The walnut I received was great quality and matched well to the Sig walnut handgrips I had. Measurements all matched the description. Great value for small projects!
