The packing was a downfall and I had to lay it out in the heat to shape it again. But as far as the insert itself it feels 1000 times better then the one that was originally in my hard hat. Had more adjustable features for my little head. As a female in the industrial field all the comfort matters and it don't pull my hair.

It's a hard had suspension, how comfortable can it be? But the original lasted about 4 years, so this one should last until it's time to replace the whole thing.

Oppositional Honeywell hard hat and it works out great I am glad that I decided to get this swing strap although the reason I have to give it four stars is because the headband set a little lower than the hard hat and kind of aggravates me as it goes from welding to wearing it the front

My glasses hit the strap that came with my hard hat hurting my ears and lifting my glasses off my nose. This fixed all that.

Being a welder this headgear works great being able to flip you hard hat around.
