This was a surprisingly good purchase, bought for an elderly friend who had a struggling old win7 machine that had no real chance of running win10 at a reasonable pace. The machine boots very quickly and runs well. The person plays some online games and does the usual email and social networking and is really happy with the speed and quality of this machine. Small scratch on casing (which was warned about by supplier) is not even worth moaning about as the overall effect is a really good machine for the bargain price.

Superb machine for the price, great perfirmance highly recommended. Packaging and condition of the PC was faultless, it also included the power lead, even arrived a week earlier than expected!!!Superb service, very happy with the item. Only issue was that the included usb wifi adapter kept dropping the wifi connection, I used a different wifi adapter and had no issues from then on.I also bought a display port to hdmi adapter to use the hd graphics rather than a VGA cable.

This product arrived a week earlier than the stated delivery time so this was a great bonus. It was very easy to set up and works extremely well so I am really pleased with it overall.There is a dent and deep scratch on the case so it is not quite as advertised by Amazon as they quote that these refurbished items 'look and work as new' but I would not be put off by this and if it keeps working as it is now I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was looking for a new PC and because I use Linux at home, I did not really need the latest hardware. So I thought I would give a refurbished PC a try to save some money and do my bit for the environment. When I received my new ThinkCentre I opened it up to take a look inside. I was pleasantly surprised - all the components look like new and it is squeeky clean.I installed Linux Mint when I sarted it up the first time - so far it works like a charm.

Thought this would be a decent purchase and it’s ended up costing me extra to try and get the digital display to work on my monitor. Turns on fine but I’ve tried multiple display output cables on two different monitors and doesn’t seem to pick up a picture at all. I find it hard to believe that two brand new monitors and six cables are the fault with this issue.

This used unit is excellent value. It came in excellent condition with Win 10 Pro pre-installed. With an SSD and 8GB of RAM, it is quick and faultless. I use it for office apps and some photo and video editing. I could not be more pleased.

I've had other recon's from Amazon and this is the first one that isn't perfect. First the plus side, the machine is cosmetically perfect. For its age the performance is good. Now the downsides, the build had issues. even though the Win10 Pro was part of the reason for buying it I needed to repair it. I could not make repair disk or rescue disk. The hard disk is a 13 year old Hitachi. The disk is considerably older than the computer. I ran spinrite 6 over it and it was perfect, just very slow. The hard disk mount is also odd, though the tear down video on youtube is pretty good its not perfect. The internal cabling prevents the use of all three PCI slots. It would be unusual to want to, but you couldn't anyway. There is no easy power connector for a second hard disk, you would probably need a splitter cable, or remove the optical disk. I would suggest buying the model with an SSD. The use of an SSD 3.5 mount kit would work though cabling is a challenge. This isn't kit for modders, buy it as you want it.

The machine was delivered almost overnight, much sooner than I expected.After unpacking, it was up and running in under an hour, with all updates already installed.Although this is a refurbished machine, it is spotless,very clean inside and out, and the case is unmarked.I am very happy with my purchase.
