Grip strengthening.
They work well. I wish the set started at 50 lbs and went up in increments of 25lbs instead of 50 lbs. Beyond the 100 lb weight is too much for me. The rubber sleeves do tend to slide off some during repetitions but the issue is pretty minor.

Good Product
Great for improving your grip. Only draw back is the grip checkering is a little aggressive and hard on your hands. This cost them a star.

Yes sir...this does the trick.
These do the trick and allow plenty of room for growth. I have been using for a year. They make a difference for sure. You will outgrown them (each level) as you become stronger. I have a 3 piece 100, 150, 200. I would say this is great for starting out. Most of my average friends can not squeeze the stronger sets. The 100 is stronger than any plastic set I have seen for reference. I use them until I can "click" them when gripping.

Great price and quality
I've been using these for a few months now and they hold up well. The rubber sleeves are nice but you won't need them after you build up callus.

Hand Grip exercise with hand grips.
Been working with these hand grips once a week for some time and my hand strength is improving considerably. I have heard professionals say once a week is about right. Start with the light grip, 50 lbs., and do a couple of sets and move up to 100 lb. grip and do the same then move up to the 150 lb. handgrip and a few sets. I did not use the 200 lb. hand grip for some time, as not ready. I still only try to close it to see how much work I still have before I can close it. This improves weekly to a little more. I currently have about a quarter inch left before I close the 200 lb. handgrip. Being 77, I think I am doing well. I think If I close the 200 lb. handgrip I will not press my luck to go higher. I hear there are just a hand full of professionals that can close the 300+ handgrips.

Made to last
This was purchased to replace a hand grip that went up to 50kg (110lbs) that the hand grip part was plastic. I had no problem using it at the maximum for 3-4 times a week for the 2 1/2 years it lasted. It suddenly broke throwing plastic shards everywhere, one just missing an eye. So wanted a replacement that wouldn't fall apart and this one will last the rest of my life and someone else's later as I'm 79. Anyway I've only been able to use the 100lb unit so far as it is stronger than my old one. The hand grip is a little rough as some have complained, but doesn't bother me.

lOVE THESE GRIPS FOR MY WEAK HAND STRENGTH.
The media could not be loaded. I've been lifting weights for years. My hand grip has been my kryptonite. My left hand is very weak from a strong. I like these progressive grips. The knurling is compostable in the hand, however, they include rubber covers for those with GIRRRLEEE HANDS LOL. I'm still on the 100lb . Looking forward to building up to the heavier grips.
