Henry & Lisa's Natural Seafood Traditional Style Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon, 7.5 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I'm a commercial fisherman from Alaska, so I'm very particular about the canned salmon I eat. I have had difficulty getting good canned pink salmon from the usual stores. I finally found Henry and Lisa's and it is the best.

Recovering from double ankle fractures, I learned that skin and bones would boost the calcium content of salmon, but not so easy to find! Thank you to Henry & Lisa for their product, and to the seller for carrying it and selling on Amazon. This is delicious, tender, and wild. The bones are mainly the big round ones, so easy to pick out. I save them and then make bone broth with them, adding chopped ginger and fresh herbs. Delicious!

I grew up on canned salmon, evolving into purchasing fillets. I still purchased canned salmon for salmon cakes but became disappointed at quality lack of bone and skin. EXPENSIVE for the size, but I love it & may purchase again. I just wish it were not quite so expensive. If it were a larger can like the large store bought I would give it 5 stars but I cannot. I can eat an entire can alone.

Initially, I purchased this at my grocery store. Then, I couldn't find it anywhere. Thank you for selling it online. When the advertising says to eat it right out of the can, believe them. It was hard to put my fork down. Delicious!

I don't understand why anybody would order the "skinless and boneless". This has far more nutritional value.

I love canned fish, and I've tried many fish in many brands. This brand isn't cheap, but it's well worth it. I love getting the skin and bones because that is where flavor and nutrients are, and this is the freshest canned salmon I've ever tried. If you have the means, and love good canned seafood, I'd recommend giving this a try.

Similar to other brands, very good taste but just a bit saltier than my taste buds want. Throw it on some toast with cream cheese and it works well.
