Update: Not only was I refunded, but Amazon let me keep the original rug and replacement rug. I haven't quite figured out where to use either of them yet, but they are really nice rugs aside from the sizing issue described below. I also emailed back and forth with the company directly, and they've gone through their inventory to remove the rugs that were not the size indicated in the label. They were super kind and asked all kinds of questions to make it right in their end and check that Amazon made things right with me directly.I hate to be a Karen, but I was so excited to get this rug! It was supposed to be the perfect size to hide our hideous kitchen floor - 5'3" X 7'6". Width-wise, it's within an inch... Some variation is to be expected, so thats all well and good. The length, on the other hand is way off! 7'1.5" is not the same as 7'6". If anything, it should be advertised as 7' long, not 7.5'. I was really looking forward to hiding the ugly, worn areas of the floor, and those additional 4.5" I was expecting would have done so. I guess it was too good to be true. Such is life, eh?I can't leave a separate review for the 2' x 10' rug, but I added some photos and I have no qualms there! It's beautiful, softer than expected, and a great value for such a long runner. At least the ugly floor in my hallways is somewhat hidden now, haha!

You will need a non-slip pad under this rug. Very rich * stylish looking for my kitchen. Came in 2 different boxes & 2nd box was torn to pieces. It's a wonder I got the rug.

This rug is cute and great for the price. I purchased two. One for inside and one to layer on my welcome rug outside.

Great rub for the price! I wanted a rug that doesn’t shed, and can withstand the traffic of 2 crazy dogs.Also, I wanted something easy to clean and durable.This rug is beautiful and it has all the qualities I wanted. I had found this same rug on wayfair for $187 so I’m super happy with the price here!Highly recommend it.It also unrolled flat within the same day.

Slippery on tile and flooring. Needs underlay to stay put. Also not 100% “square”... but it works!
