This machine works and cleans tough stains. I had towel that I used to clean my tires. I could clean that dirty towel with this machine. You can clean clothes,jewelry and a bunch of other things with this cleaner. And it is perfect for travelers to avoid laundry work. Also product is user friendly.

Buyer Beware*****Very very Disappointed.I bought this in July 2019. Used it a couple times a month. November it stopped working.I reached out via the Amazon method and there is NO Response!!We buy in good faith and the seller will not assist with questions or concerns.I strongly urge the reader to NOT purchase this item as when it stops working after 10 uses or so... you will not get support for the product.........................Review of the item BEFORE it BROKE....It is relatively quiet and easy to use.It is not a standard USA sort of washer... as you see in the image, it is a hand held sized piece that you stick in the water with some clothes, dishes or jewelry (it also says misc. things as well). After you place the items in the bucket with this device submerged, you press the button to activate it then select what you are cleaning.It runs for a short amount of time...minutes actually. and then turns off.I could see the vibration of the water and feel it.It seemed to work well enough. I never tried super stained clothing so I cannot comment on that.The clothes I washed were the Daily Sort and they seemed to be clear of smell or dirt to the best I could tell.The dishes... it really did help remove stuck on foods. They would bubble I could use my finger nail to scrap it off where as before using this washer, I could not get the stuff to scrub off with my brush or scouring pad. So this impressed me. Still need to scrub and hand wash the dishes after using this, unless they were already rinsed off well before using this (I suppose).Overall, it work to my needs and liking.I would love to give this a 4 star rating but....since it DIED after modest use... and then to get zero support to replace it or repair it... there is no way that I would suggest anyone wasting their money on it.I regret ignoring the other warnings from other reviews.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this device is a little workhorse!I cleaned silverware , glasses , clothes with stains just to see how well it worked.The results were excellent with the silverware, pretty good with clothes, but you need to add some detergent if the stains on the clothes are too much.What I liked most about this device is that I can clean many different objects,even my kid`s toys.Cool product.

The first one I received would quickly overheat at stop working. The replacement got warm but still worked... for the 1st 60 days. Now, it doesn't work anymore, and now the seller, Cirsum, won't answer any questions for support. I can't recommend buying this but the ultrasonic cleaning was great when it worked.

I have been using this device to clean my CPAP equipment weekly; in a bath of water, enzyme powder, etc., and this has made a significant difference. Also, I have used this to clean my glasses -- I didn't realize how dirty my glasses were! LOL For the money, this is a really handy item to have around.

Bought this item hopeful it would function better than the typical "ultrasonic" jewelry cleaners that are just glorified vibrators.While this unit seemed to work okay, it certainly didn't have the power I was expecting. This resulted in needing to do repeated cycles to get dirt out of fabric or corrosion (like hard water deposits) off hard surfaces such as glass or even soap deposits on jewelry.I think I used this perhaps a dozen times and today when I attempted to use it, the power supply/controller powered up but when I pressed any one of the 4 presets, the timer would start to count down as expected, but there were no vibrations from the ultrasonic generator head. After several attempts to restart by unplugging and re-plugging the unit to power, it was apparent that the item has failed.A couple of comments about the documentation that comes with the cleaner: it is poorly written in English (obviously poorly translated from Chinese), has zero troubleshooting info, and has zero company contact info.So while I was able to clean some items with this unit, it didn't stand up to the performance of the devices I was used to in my chemistry lab where we used ultrasonic baths to accomplish all sorts of cleaning and other processes. I'll be looking for a replacement item, and since Cirsum seems to have disappeared from the Amazon marketplace, I'm going to have to eat the cost. It was overpriced now that I see I can get a bath-type unit of 3x the power rating for about 50% more cost.

Very good for my block printer jet head cleaning. But It will be better if stronger.

Until now works perfectly, I tried for the things shown in product description page and I am really surprised that it actually works.It is small so I will be able to take with me when I travel.I wanted to buy another jewelry cleaner that has a small basin for things like rings and stones.Reason for buying this item was because it can be used in any basin/bucket.
