Hello Davey,The tag reads the following, "All new material consisting of inner chamber 90%: duck feather outer chamber 10%: 70% white down 30% lyocell (minimum 75% down) contents sterilized. There is a five year manufacture warranty from manufacture defects.

Q: Are these the firm pillows or medium filled pillows of pacific coast? thanks

Honestly, I can't remember, but think they are the medium filled pillows. But they are the best pillows I ever had!!!!!hands down!

Q: Is thise are the same pillow of Hilton's?

I'm not sure about the Hilton, but I specifically got them years ago and have been purchasing them since because they are the pillows used at the Marriot.

Q: How do i get the bad odor, bo smell out of the 2 pillows. I have washed them twice? These are very expensive. I need help.

While I did not have this issue, one thing I do regularly with bed-pillows is wash the pillow protectors with bleach. You might consult a local dry-cleaner for further assistance on the pillows themselves, or contact Pacific Coast directly. I have had Pacific Coast Down products in my home for years and will not use anything else. We’ve tried, and always go back. I hope you get this resolved!
