McCormick's brand of bright red crushed pepper
Drogheria & Alimentari Organic Crushed Red Pepper in this package is enough to last for over a year so I have filled a spice jar with some, shared some with a friend, and placed the remainder in a vacuum sealed bag for freezer storage. This is so much better than the pepper I've replaced it with and I would indeed purchase it again.

Best crushed red pepper I've ever used
The smell, flavor, and quality of this pepper is much higher than any I've ever used. Well worth it, and unless you eat it by the scoop, you will likely not run out for a very long time. Package can be ziplocked closed after opening, which is great for refilling a shaker. Awesome stuff!

Good flavor
I like to buy my spices in bulk because it can save a lot of money. The problem is that they can quickly lose flavor. I suppose it is because they can have a long shelf life, but I have never had that problem with this brand. I have bought and loved a lot of drogheria &alimentari products before and this is no exception.

Happy with this brand!
Fresh and Healthy! I was amazed how fresh these are! They’re definitely hot but not overly hot. Very happy with this brand!

Far superior to grocery products
This is amazing! The first time, and every time since, when I open the bag I love the fragrance of the pepper flakes. It is fresh and pungent and delicious. Highly recommended. I immediately checked to see what other spices were offered and bought the Tuscan blend. Great recipe on the back of that package.

Good, organic crushed red pepper
Hot pepper is one of the "Dirty Dozen" veggies that have the most pesticides, so I always buy only organic peppers. This is pretty good. About the same as other organic crushed red pepper.It's good. But I'll be looking for something less expensive and of the same quality.

Not Aleppo Peppers even though that is where they are listed.
I was very disappointed to find these peppers were from India instead of Turkey.They were listed under Aleppo Peppers but they are not.
