Super super super product! I read the old reviews, but I said I must give a try and yes never regret it. A friend recommended I try this out to help give me the boost I needed to make the most of my early activities - and this did the trick. I typically take a full scoop 20-30 minutes before I work out which gives it enough time to kick in before warming and getting started

The product may be fine but it showed up as a big ball of gunk, like it got wet or is old. got 3 of them and all were bad.won't buy it again.

I really liked the pre workout, as it tasted better than most pre workouts i took before, and gave me constant energy.If you feel like you need the tingling sensation to work out i wouldn't recommend it, but if you want steady energy, without the crash, this is a good option for you.I would recommend it to any of my friends.
