These bands are great. They are durable. They have lasted a long time. I love them. You can use them in so many ways. They go wherever I go, nicely packed in their carrying case. I see results in my arms in just a few days. I have even gifted my granddaughter with a set. I highly recommend them as a good purchase.

I looked at these little resistance bands and thought, "How hard could this be?" About ten minutes later, my legs were negotiating a peace treaty, my glutes were filing complaints, and muscles I forgot existed suddenly wanted my full attention. The bands are well made, don't roll up during workouts, and the different resistance levels make it easy to progress over time. The included carry bag and exercise guide are nice bonuses and make it easy to take them anywhere. Don't let the size fool you. These colorful little loops are tiny fitness bullies in the best possible way. Five stars. My muscles are sore, my ego is recovering, and I'll definitely be using them again.

A physical therapist recommended this set of bands to me. They work great and you can't beat the price. The little drawstring bag makes it easy to take them when i travel.

These bands are the perfect addition to my home gym. They are perfect for strengthening and toning. I would buy them again.

I'm finding that I can get a good workout in 20 minutes each morning before work with these bands. I highly recommend following the exercises that came with these bands. I hadn't used resistance bands very much before and, as I first started using the green (easiest) band, I wasn't sure I had purchased the right thing for me to get a real workout. But as I followed the exercises and ensured I did them correctly before judging, I found I had that soreness in my arms and legs that I would expect (hope for) from exercise. But it was just really easy to do them. And all I needed was the bands and a bit of space. Perfect for me.

Great quality and they give a good amount of resistance. They feel like they are good quality and will last a long time. I like the storage pouch to keep them together.

These resistance bands are great! I’ve been using them after shoulder surgery to build strength. They seem durable and have good grip. Material feels nice and I love the colors! They came in a small drawstring bag that fit serve toy in my desk at work. Great size for on the go.

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas. Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Pero es una apreciación independiente de su calidad.

Having read other reviews when buying loop bands and only one turning up when expecting a pack of five I was very pleased with this purchase. You get five bands of varying degree of difficulty, a guide for exercises and a bag to keep them in. I have tried all the bands and they are excellent, no snapping on first use as others have found with other brands. I am using them for rehabilitation exercises and they do the job very well. If looking to buy loop bands I would strongly recommend these ones.
