How can i huy just the microphones?

What kind of rechargeable batteries can you use in this unit, they can be used because I try Duracell but they are a little fat and someone broke one.

** DO NOT DO NOT ** Use rechargeable batteries in microphones (or any device) that uses standard batteries!! Standard batteries are 1.5volts. Rechargeable are 1.2 volts. So if you microphone uses two batteries, it is working with 3 volts. However, if you are using rechargeable batteries, you are only giving it 2.4 volts which means it may have reduced range and cause other problems, as 2.4 volts is like weak regular batteries. When someone like Shure provides a rechargeable battery pack option, the pack is actually containing THREE batteries in the pack - even though it fits into a two battery compartment thereby providing 3.6 volts for a 3 volt device. Again... you will have many problems if you try to use rechargeable batteries in a device like this!!

Does this system have echo cancellation built in? (to avoid ringing / resonance)?

It does not and these mics are fairly susceptible to feedback, however you can usually eq the rings out just fine or use the gain control on the receiver to decrease the sensitivity.
