So simple!
Bought these tires for a great price and it asked if I wanted mounting and balancing with them. I’d never seen this option before so I clicked on yes and brought up $80 for the service. It’s $140 everywhere else. Turns out the tires were delivered to the shop, appointment was confirmed, and I didn’t have to do anything. Also the shop was about 1000’ feet from my house and they also offered me an alignment for $80. Usually $140 everywhere else but “Since you did it through Amazon it’s only $80.” Whole experience was awesome except no one, Amazon, bothered to let peo boys know we were coming. Luckily when we got there the tires were there and they were able to do it that day. Thanks.

Good tire, decent value
Good tire, handles excellent, does very good in heavy rain, hydroplanes just a little in standing water, but is predictable. Seems to be wearing a little faster than i would like but a good well rounded tire. I dont think it will do well in snow, but have a while before that

Will update mileage later.. but GREAT tires
I've put these on my 01 BMW 325i. This car has almost 200k miles on it. I've had a few sets of tires. The best were of course the OE tires.. but they are.. well.. $130 + a tire. I've had 3 sets of Kumho Exsta 4x on them. And they handle well but were always bumpy and loud.I put a set of these Hankook Ventus V2 tires on.. and wow.. just wow. Handling isn't compromised much. BUT the ride quality is much better AND they are so much more quiet. If you have a smallish sporty sedan, these are the ticket if you don't want to give up too much performance and still want a quiet and nice ride.

Great value tires made in the USA
First of all, I was surprised to see that the 205/55r16's I ordered are made in the USA. They only cost me about $60 each. Some people were saying they're made in China or Indonesia or whatever. Anyway, I've been daily driving on these tires for almost a week now through city and extended highway driving in both dry and wet conditions. One thing I noticed immediately is that they are a little louder than my old tires. They aren't any more comfortable than my old tires. They do grip better than the old ones though, and thats whats important to me. I'm very confident cornering with these tires. Some people have said that they don't grip well in the rain, but I was on some curvy roads earlier going about 50-55mph in pretty heavy rain and they performed perfectly fine.

Long lasting, but loud at speed
So far I have 14k miles on my set. Mounted on a 2007 Subaru Impreza. I drive 91 miles a day on these, mostly highway miles. They get great gas mileage and show very little wear on them. I also just put them through one of Utah's worst winters on record. They tear through the snow on an AWD vehicle. I purchased these knowing they were not a high-end tire. I am surprised by the life I am getting out of the set. One thing I will note is that they produce a lot of road noise between 60 and 65 mph. Luckily I commute on an interstate that is posted 75 mph. Of course, my subbie has poor noise insulation and your experience may differ from mine. I absolutely will buy another set when these wear out.
