Just opened my package. It was delivered to me with a completely broken pencil. How could this happen considering the pencil was in two boxes?

I’ve been using the Pupa Milano Lip Liner in shade 004, and it’s easy to see why this shade is so popular. It’s a very flattering nude with a balanced undertone—not too warm and not too cool—so it works beautifully with many lipstick shades and different skin tones. The formula is creamy but still precise, which makes application very easy. It glides on smoothly without tugging and doesn’t bleed outside the lip line. I often wear it under nude or pink-toned lipsticks, and sometimes even alone with a little gloss. It’s comfortable on the lips and doesn’t feel drying. Wear time is impressive for a lip liner—it stays in place for hours and helps lipstick last longer. Overall, great quality for the price, and I would definitely repurchase this shade.
