Exactly what I was looking for!
I love the fact that this shirt fits my every need. It is made of material that doesn't need to be pressed, the collar stays up perfectly well, but the only complaint I have is I need to lose a few pounds so that it won't be so tight across my chest. This is not the fault of the manufacturer, this is just reality for me. The cut of this button down is flattering and the cuffs are so classy. The Cuffs can be buttoned and rolled back so that they do not look so long, but I do love the long look of the cuffs. The flattery of the sides and how the shirt is made makes me look thinner and the color is faded just enough so it doesn't look brand new. I absolutely love this shirt and will definitely invest in some more for my wardrobe to go with my other trousers for work.

Good stuff
This shirt is perfect for my Nanami Kento cosplay! The fit is interesting though. I originally bought a medium which almost always fits me perfectly but it shockingly turned out too big. I retuned it and got a small which was perfect. I wanted a slim fit so the small was good. I will say though, If you have a bigger chest, this may not work well for you. The sleeves are long so cuffing them or rolling them is the way to go. Overall it’s good stuff!

Good shirt but a bit too short for my torso
The shirt looks as expected and fits correctly, but the shirt length is too short for me to tuck in and not have it pop out any time I lift my arms or bend over. Based on the picture it looked like it would be longer and long enough to tuck in. Im 5'7", pretty slim, but bought a large because I have pretty bulky shoulders. If you have a longer than average torso like me, you will probably have the same shirt length issue if you want somethingyou can tuck in.

This shirt will be your "Go To Shirt." Use the Sizing Chart!
I have worked the restaurant industry for years and this has become my favorite shirt. I am always a little shy to order on-line. So I only bought 1. I will be buying at least 2 more! ~PROS The fit is perfect. (READ THIS) Use the Sizing Chart provided and take your actual measurements. You will get the perfect fit. I'm Petite and I thought Size small would be too small. Nope! It fits Perfect! I ordered a White Shirt, per my restaurants uniform policy. Beware here ladies. The fabric becomes a bit opaque when it gets wet. But it hides everything when it is dry. ;) It is form fitting enough, but still moves effortlessly with my hectic schedule. Now lets talk about those nasty stains! You know, red sauce, demi glaze, vinaigrette. They are Gone! Seriously! They must use some kind of magic when they make the shirt. (Carry a Bleach Pen if you have a white shirt) I left a Red Pepper olive oil drizzle on my sleeve for 2 days. After I washed the Shirt, it was GONE! ~ CONS The button stitching did not seem tight enough, and I was a bit skeptical. But to be fair, after 1 month of working, I haven't lost a button yet. The shirt is longer in the front and back and curves slightly over your hips. So if you are doing a lot of reaching, it could possibly un-tuck from your pants at the side. Overall, it is a great value. I will be ordering 2 more. ~ Cheers!

Depends on what's most important to you...
1st: It's Made in China. Wish Amazon still posted these things for transparency and honesty. The white shirt *is* see-through! I'm 5'6" 145lbs and have an athletic build. I got both a small and medium because reviews and feedback to questions were inconsistent. The small fit my body well, although the length was slightly above hip level. The neck was a perfect fit for my 15.5" neck (important if you are buying this as part of a full button-up uniform). The arms were a little short on the "longer" button. The medium left a gap at the neck that looked unkempt and the arms were pretty long even when using the "shorter" button. The body was not "fitted" well in the medium due to the overall larger size...although it did actually hit my hip in this size. However, other reviews say it shrinks terribly...your choice to chance washing it and not be able to return it after!

Great shirt!
Took people's advice and purchased one size larger than I normally wear. I usually wear a Large, so I ordered an Extra Large. Glad I did! I am 5'2", 160 pounds for reference. It fits beautifully! I got the 3/4 length sleeve in black to wear playing the piano in high school show choir competitions. The 3/4 length sleeve is perfect for me because I have shorter arms, plus I don't want it in the way of playing the piano. It is a REALLY NICE shirt! My husband said it was flattering, because it goes in just a little at the waist, giving the appearance of having a waistline. It is stretchy (very comfy), not see-through at all, and could be dressed up. I do not tuck tops in, and it looks nice worn out w/ black pants. Very happy! (May get another in a different color.)

Rips all over the place
I’m a server and bought the black shirt for work. I’ve had it for only a few weeks and have washed and dried it a handful of times. To note, I wash it normally with the rest of my laundry and dry it on low heat, I also iron it before each of my shifts. I’ve had other shirts in the past that have withstood months of wear, this one? Not so much. After noticing a few minor tears at the seams a week ago, i didn’t think much of it and thought I could just sew the edges myself. Today I noticed that there were rips in the shirt EVERYWHERE. Both armpits are shredded, rips along the seams of the sleeves, small tears on the back of the shirt. These aren’t just from loose seams, it looks almost like the fabric has been rubbed raw. no way this could be my washer since all my other clothes (including a few other work shirts!) are just fine. Disappointed that after just a few washes this shirt is beyond repair.
