AVEX, Brew Pint Glass, 20oz

I got two of these because I love my Avex ReCharge Autoseal Stainless Steel water bottles (got two of those too, and the ice lasts for 24 hours). Sadly, the ice does not last nearly as long in this tumbler. I was hoping it would be great for my cocktails while camping because I tend to milk my drinks for hours. But in this, the ice only lasts about an hour tops. However, the drink is very cold while it lasts and tastes refreshingly satisfying through the food-grade stainless-steel straws I bought to go with them. I wish the ice lasted much longer. I expected better based on the ReCharge's performance. I could care less about the built-in bottle opener since I rarely drink beer, but it would make a good party trick if someone was ever in need.

Got this for my husband for Father's Day and he loves it! Keeps drinks cold for at least a day

More reasonably priced alternative. Holds ice for at least 12 hrs. & comes with a lid.

This is probably the best vessel for beverages I have ever come across. Ever.Apart from the main selling point (the fact that it keeps your drink at its original temperature right down to your last gulp - I left some mineral water out of the fridge in it overnight and it was still pleasantly cold in the morning), it ticks all the other boxes I could possible need in such a vessel:*It doesn't 'sweat' condensation when I put a cold drink in it, or leave a puddle on the table.*It isn't scalding hot to the touch when I put a boiling drink in it.*It comes with a pretty robust and easy to use spill-free cap for sipping on the go. I say spill-free, but you wouldn't want to necessarily trust this to be completely water-tight and leak-free if left upside-down or tossed about in a bag.*It has a bottle opener built into the bottom of it (how great is that!?).*The bottom of it has a ring of rubber, which gives it a decent grip on the surface you put it on, and ensures that the aluminium material it is primarily made from doesn't damage that surface (its own built-in coaster). This ring can make it feel ever so slightly unstable when you put it down, but I've not spilled mine yet.*Unlike almost every similar product I've come across, this one can actually accommodate an Imperial pint (568ml, as opposed to the lesser US liquid pint at 473ml), so you won't have to sip up the last of the beer from the can after you fill this up.*Being pint-sized, it is fairly easy to get your hand in to handwash it (unless you have monstrously large mitts) - however, if you buy the uncoated aluminium version, it is also completely dishwasher friendly!I also think it looks pretty smart visually - a lot like a metal pint glassHaving used it quite a lot now, I can say that it doesn't add a metallic taste to any the drinks I put in it, and once washed it doesn't retain the smell of the drinks I have put in it. The rim of it is a decent shape and easy and comfortable to drink from.That's about all I can say about it! I don't think I could ask for anything else from a beverage vessel (apart from automatically self-filling functionality!), it's pretty much perfect.--In terms of packaging, it came in a decent-sized box with lots of air-filled padding. There's no product packaging as such, just a card label that is wrapped round it (see photos). Mine was delivered in pristine condition.

The product didn't/doesn't come in a box and was a little travel worn. The unit was dented, this hasn't affected the performance. The rubber on the bottom is great as it doesn't rattle on the desk at work. The bottle opener is just a bonus.
