I liked the convenience of purchasing Giardelli chocolate online. It is a must stop when visiting SF.

The bags were not glued at the bottom so the chocolates fell out, couldn't be contained. Tape looked sloppy.

Arrived smashed and melted.

Although the chocolate itself is just as fresh as you would buy at any store, it comes a bit damaged inside the bag. For some reason, the bags are perfect, but most of the chocolates inside, once opened, are cracked open. Those with filling, like the caramel, raspberry, mint... quite a mess. Wouldn't purchase as a gift. I suppose it's just all of the handling, but still.

these were to be a gift but after opening one of bags liquid filling in each individually wrapped square product was inedible. Soooo thanxs for that quality control.

This is ridiculously overpriced. I have no idea how I actually purchased this at this price. I must have assumed the bags were bigger..

Chocolate was not fresh and tasteful and you can see the color on these pictures. I’m surprised by the good reviews. I had to get a refund and throw it all away. Bad luck? Who knows
