I am so happy that I fount these envelopes that fits my QuickBooks checks perfectly, I was looking all over to find the envelope that will to the job and this is it, my business name is showing up in perfect position in top window and payees name are in perfect position in bottom window that all you can see all other information are covered the security tint is so professional and block to see whats inside I personal tried it on light and I must tell you it works great, another great feature is the self sealing of it that is so strong that make feeling comfortable and safe to mail checks in it this is even better then intuit envelopes itself.

I have been through a lot of envelopes over the last 20 years. I have experienced my share of envelopes that have the windows off just enough to cover some of my wording or the logo on my checks. These have the windows in exactly the right space and the self-seal is a huge bonus. No more glue sticks or licking! Fast and easy to use, good quality material, and priced right.

The only ding, is you need to make sure you stuff the check all the way down into the corners. The envelop seems to be a little stuck in the corners when inserting. If you don't get it all the way down, you'll quickly realize you can’t fold the flap over without creasing over the check. It's very slightly a problem. Otherwise, product serves it's purpose nicely. Printing checks using quickbooks aligns perfectly in the two windows.

I was skeptical about the quality and size. My company ordered #8 security gummed envelopes from Quill.com (product #75041). The pricing compared to Quill is similar for a box of 500 (37.50 amazon vs. 41.99 quill) and I trusted the positive reviews, so I placed the order. The order arrived in a timely period. The paper quality is surprisingly good! The envelope size is a few millimeters longer than what we are using, that makes inserting checks so much easier but the check doesn't move inside envelope. The sizes of windows are perfect; no need to readjust the alignments. We process all checks and paychecks by Quickbooks. Plus!, no more "licky"!, just peel and seal. Best value I found. Note, I found many reviews complain about the fitting. This #8 is for Quickbooks checks only, not for invoices, nor hand written checks. #10 envelope is the way to go for Quickbooks invoices.
