Light weight. I began by carrying this, a 550ml pot and a few other cooking pieces. I found myself using my cup and the 550ml pot and was ignoring the other stuff I was hauling on my back. Now, I no longer carry all of that stuff. If I didn't enjoy drinking coffee while I eat a warm meal, I would only carry the cup and lid. Note: Make sure you have gloves or a bandana to wrap around the cup and buy some silicone LIPSAVERS!! The uninsulated titanium is thin walled and gets really hot.Make your life on the trail easy. Carry a cup and one other small pot.

Perfect coffee cup size and lightweight
I go on 3 -5 night backpacking trips and bought this for in case I ran out of fuel for my little camp stove (I have a Sea to Summit collapsible pot for cooking which can't be used over a fire). I haven't had to use it over a campfire, yet, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work fine for boiling some water over a fire in a pinch. It's light weight and hasn't been crushed or anything while stuffed down in my pack.

Perfect size
I used this on multiple backpacking trips. It fits my stove, lighter, and butane canister perfectly inside. The pack size and weight is great. My only complaint is the handles get hot while cooking (duh). I need to find something that I can use to pick up the cup after heating. It is big enough to heat enough water for Mountain House or Packet Gourmet dehydrated meals.

Great mug for camping
I bought this as a slightly larger mug to use for backpacking. I absolutely love Titanium mugs and this one doesn't disappoint. Lid that it comes with isn't perfect but is a very welcome addition. Add a coozie around the outside and you're good to go. My other mugs nest inside, which is perfect.

Good Ti mug.
Good: I like the weight, I like the volume markings, I like the lid.Bad: I wish it was a hair larger in diameter as the small iso fuel can likes to hang up on the inside and takes some tapping to get out (perhaps it will wear down and this will resolve itself).

Perfect size for one person
Holds just over 2 cups of water. Perfect for boiling water for the knorr 7 minute sides and the smaller mashed potato pouches. I like to make these while hiking. Easy mode. Plus the lid helps boil water faster to save fuel. You can put a lightweight cook kit together and nest it inside. I use alcohol stove.

Love this 600ml mug with lid. Very well made. Measure marks come in handy even though they are ml not oz. Handles do get hot so I use GSI silicon potholder. 110g fuel canister just fits inside the mug if placed upside down, small regulator stove underneath. Use it with twig/trangia stove also.

Dangerous - avoid this mug!!
This mug is dangerous! There is no heat regulator so the mug becomes as hot as the liquid you put in it, therefore if you make a cup of tea...!

Not as cheap as some Ti mugs, but worth the money...
Very good quality Ti Mug and lid, used it for cooking up pasta and making Tea on a solid fuel stove whilst camping and it worked great.
