URBAN GARDENS® Tulip Flower bulbs ( Pack of 3 ) Preprogrammed Imported from Holland( For best results buy with URBAN GARDENS® only)

Planted like ages ago in December ending 2019, now it’s february 2020 no sign of sprouting. I dug the soil a bit to see I can see a sprout but it’s not pushing up through the soil. I have kept it in full sun.2021: went ahead and bought again to try my luck. Potting mix used mix of pearlite vermiculite and coco peat with someCompost, added pansies on top. Nothing came up. It’s been more than a month now. Any suggestions please

Healthy sprouted bulbs were delivered the very next day I purchased them . So well packed, that they were moist.Hence , for delivery speed my rating is 5/5, For the quality of bulbs 5/5 rating. The colors that I received are the one which are the most sought after. So 10/5 rating for the colors. The instructions to grow them were supposed to be included with the package.. This has been missed out. However, for the tropical climate that I live in, I will be more than happy even if the leaves show up this winter. I feel this is the best time to try a sample to grow. The bulbs are worth the trial and many thanks that they were made available on Amazon.. Hopefully I will see a few blooms this year, to be motivated to purchase more colors next time. Thank you for the lovely bulbsJan 18th 2019- I updated my review with my bulbs that grew into nice plants, I'm seeing a bud in one of them now. This is not for a product promo, I was skeptical about growing tulips in Hyderabad. For those who have the same question on whether they can grow in Hyderabad during winter.. this photograph should give confidence and hence the update.

ok.. I'll be honest here. I had received 3 healthy bulbs they also sprouted soon as you can see in the pic ( I'm from uttarakhand so,the temp was just perfect for them to sprout ) They look healty n all but no sign of flowers ?? Interesting one bulbs turned into two so now I've 4 plants! ! I only one plant showing a kind of dry bud coming up . Could it be the because of extra enzyme i gave them by mistake?Another question what should i do with the bulbs once the plants turn yellow ?Will they come back next year and bloom ?thanks

The bulbs are not sprouted. I had a faith on Urban garden on purchase of Lily bulbs which gave excellent result. But this time I felt cheated for the Tulip bulbs . Taken all precautions while planting . Used Cocopeat +Perlite+vermocompost or planting. Temperature also was favorable (12-20DegC). But none of the bulbs sprouted so far.

Planted on 1st week of december. Though i can see none of them are dead, but have not yet leafed. No question of flowering.

I knew it wouldn't be easy to grow tulips in Odisha, India but I really expected it wouldn't be so hard in winters... 2 of the bulbs were healthy and 1 wasn't... I planted them in November.. The 2 healthy ones grew little stems for quite a long time but after 2 and half months they dried... So, it's a matter of chance... If you want to take the risk, then you should buy it... Anyways, growing plants is not always an easy task especially if it's not a local plant...
