I am not a tea drinker.....BUT this is the Best Tea I have ever had, ever! It does not need sugar or milk but I'm sure you could add these items if you preferred. I will definitely be getting more of this tea. Please, do not ever change this tea. It is perfect as it is now. Remember I am not a tea drinker but this tea has made me one. New to Rooibos tea and love these tea bags. Like that the bags come in four sealed inner packages to keep the teabags fresh longer. We drink this tea everyday so we do not need each teabag sealed individually. Taste is excellent. Even months after I first posted this review and after trying quite a few different brands this brand is my favorite.

I wasn't a tea drinker before getting this tea, and I have to admit, I really like it. I have about 2-3 glasses per day with just a little bit of honey...very good. I bought this tea to see if it would help with my allergies. I doing some research that was one of the claims from several web sites, and it has to be true if it's on the web....right? :) I'm skeptic, but I thought even if it helped a little it would be worth it. So...I don't know if it was a matter of timing and the allergens all dropped the day I started drinking this tea, but I haven't taken an allergy pill in 7 days. I was taking them daily, sometimes twice a day. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't call this a miracle cure. There are days where I've had some issues with allergies, but congestion has been far less than before. So I have to say that for me, I did seem to help. So even if all the health claims are only 25% true....it's probably worth it. If you're looking for tea that has a nice flavor and no caffeine, give this one a try, I don't think you'd be disappointed.

I love this tea. I could have purchased a cheaper version but I like that this tea is non-gmo and USDA certified organic. Also 100% farmer friendly with 10% of the profits going back to support education in their farming communities. I will be ordering more soon. I add a little honey but you really don't need to. Great taste and healthy.

Rooibos tea is the best herbal tea in the world. I am an avid coffee and black tea drinker who has to give up the caffeine. I have never been an herbal tea fan so my search began for something that would satisfy my taste buds.This is it. Rooibos tea is flavorful, dark in color and is quite satisfying. It has substance and body, unlike most herbal teas I have tried. I went through the process of slowly reducing my caffeine intake over a period of 10 days so as not to suffer from withdrawals. I now am completely off the caffeine and enjoy brewing Rooibos tea in my coffee maker ( which I thoroughly cleansed with a water and vinegar solution.) I like the My Red Tea brand because it is a family oriented and socially conscious brand; 10% of their profits support education in our Rooibos farming communities. They made their first donation to a school for farm-workers in September 2016. They strive to use packaging and processes that have the least impact on the environment. They are very careful to pick suppliers who support their values and care just as much about our world and its inhabitants as they do.

As a black tea junkie, I was suspicious. I don't normally like fruity teas or even green tea, but this stuff is really good.I run these bags through my Keurig using a reusable filter without a problem.

I bought this tea for some of my South African friends who are here in the USA. I waited until I heard what they each thought of if before I sent in the review.One said it reminded her of home and that although she had found some other Rooibos teas none were as good as this one, another friend said it was like Christmas to receive them, the other said it was really, really good (and that I should try it with honey but no milk). They all praised it, truly enjoyed it, and appreciated knowing it was available in the USA. I can't think of a better way to write a review than by telling you what South African people said about it. I also really enjoyed my first cup with a touch of honey!

Very tasty and robust tea. I don't know about the health benefits but, I imagine that it does have them. Did a lot of reading about this tea before purchasing it. I just know that I like the mellow taste and would like to believe that there are many salubrious benefits. I will be ordering this tea for many years.
